• Digital Content: Access to our hosted software and app is provided immediately after subscription. Login credentials are automatically generated and sent to the user’s registered email address.

• Transaction: The act of purchasing or subscribing to our Services through the Website.

3. Contract Formation

By completing a transaction on our Website, you make a binding offer to purchase access to our Services under these Terms. A confirmation email will serve as acknowledgment and completion of the contract.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or payment terms, with changes applying only to future transactions.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, users are automatically redirected to the login page. Access credentials (email and password) provided during registration can be used to log in immediately. Access to the digital platform and Services is granted instantly upon authentication. No physical delivery is required or provided.

6. Subscription Terms & Cancellation

• All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
• No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term, unless required by applicable law.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

A 14-day refund period applies to eligible purchases. Refund requests must comply with our Refund Policy. Please contact our support team at support@preferforex.com before initiating a chargeback, as unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided through our Services are the exclusive property of PreferForex Global or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure continuous access to our Services, we do not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
